Please call our office at 530-527-2147 to schedule an appointment. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We will schedule your appointment as soon as possible, prioritizing pain and emergencies for same-day visits. While we strive to stay on schedule and minimize wait times, various circumstances may take longer than expected, and we appreciate your understanding.
Payments & Insurance
Billing
Because we provide exceptional care at a reasonable cost, payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We’ll send you a monthly statement, and most insurance companies will respond in four to six weeks. Any balance remaining after your insurance has paid is our patient’s responsibility, and prompt payment is appreciated. We can arrange a monthly payment plan if arranged prior to the procedure.

We also chemically disinfect surfaces and sterilize all equipment with an autoclave, which is a machine that uses high heat, steam, and pressure to kill harmful microorganisms.
